Payment Conditions

Payments for your order are made through the online payment merchant on this website after you have finished with your design. When you enter your payment details, payment confirmation will be sent to you for review and for you to confirm the order.

There is no hidden charges with Swiftbespoke. We are 100% transparent with our charges and services.

However, orders may be subject to customs fees and duties depending on the country. Orders within Nigeria are free from customs fees and duties. Customers from Nigeria will only be charged for the cost of their orders and the delivery fee to their destinations.

Cancellation and Returns

We do not accept any clothes returned to us for any reason aside from production error. We use the details provided to us to cut and sew customers’ clothes.

In the case of a production error, the customer is expected to wear the clothes, take a picture displaying where the error was made, and send it to returns@swiftbespoke.com.

In the case of measurement error, the customer is also expected to take pictures of the clothes with a measuring tape showing the measurements that are wrong or the areas, and send them to brand@nkadumeje.com.

You will get a notification from us if your complaint is accepted.

Please note that when you place an order (which involves making payment), it is processed immediately, and the production process starts. You don’t have the liberty to cancel orders when you have completed the transaction (payment).

Customers are free to add more measurement details not indicated on our measurements page. For example, cuff length, forearms, biceps, etc. All additional measurements must reach us within 24 hours of order placement via email.

In case of any adjustments on measurements approved by us, the customer is to cover the cost of having the product shipped back to us.

As an act of goodwill, customers will always be informed of any incorrect measurement submission. We will surely contact the customer within 24 hours of order placement. The delay for the correction may add to the delivery period.
