Bespoke and bridal pieces are custom-made and non-refundable.

For Ready-to-Wear collections, items in their original, unused condition with tags attached are eligible for store credit or an exchange if returned within 24 hours (Lagos) or 72 hours (outside Lagos). Returns must be made via our Brand@nkadumeje.com, with all logistics costs borne by the customer.

Refunds on items and delivery charges can only occur if the item is faulty upon delivery, with issues to be reported within 24 hours and supported by video evidence. No returns will be accepted after 24 hours.

All sale items are final, with no returns or exchanges. Please allow 5 business days for processing refunds on damaged. For international orders, import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility
